Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer Economy, Standard, and Express shipping options when available.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Azteca Western Wear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Azteca Western Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
